Is this program accredited or aligned with ICF standards?
Yes. This certification program is fully aligned with the ICF’s 8 Core Competencies and includes all 60+ hours of required coaching training and 10 hours of mentor coaching needed for you to apply for an ICF credential.
Do I need to have prior coaching experience to join?
No prior coaching experience is required. Whether you're a business partner, entrepreneur, or an aspiring coach, we guide you from the foundations to professional-level confidence.
How much time should I plan to invest weekly?
Plan to invest around 6 hours per week over 4 months — 5 hours for live teaching and Coaching Labs, plus 1 hour of coaching your assigned partner.
If you're a business partner or entrepreneur, you can immediately apply what you learn by coaching your team or business partners — so your learning happens inside your real work context. You decide how much more time to invest based on your growth goals.
If you're pursuing coaching as a profession, you’ll also complete the ICF-required coaching hours. We guide you through that process step-by-step.
What if I miss a live session?
All live teaching sessions are recorded and available with lifetime access. While we strongly encourage attending live to benefit fully from the interaction, we understand that life happens.
However, if you are pursuing ICF certification, you may miss no more than 15% of the live sessions. Missing more than that means you will forgo eligibility for ICF certification.
If you do miss a session, you can catch up with the recording and stay on track through peer support and your assigned coaching partner.
Can I use this certification to coach professionally?
Yes! You'll receive coaching tools, client session templates, marketing guidance, and business strategy so you can confidently launch or grow your coaching career.
Will I get support between sessions?
Yes. You’ll receive personal mentorship from Dr. Greg, support inside the peer community, and optional access to private Q&A sessions or 1:1 reviews as part of the 3 mentoring hours.
What if I’m not sure this is the right time?
That’s why we offer a free Discovery Call. If now’s not the right moment, we can guide you to future cohorts and help you prepare when you're ready.
What if I want to get ICF certified?
To earn your ICF ACC (Level 1) credential, during or after the course is over you will need 100 hours of coaching.
You'll also need to pass the ICF 8 Core Competencies Test with at least 80%, and submit a 30–45 minute coaching recording for evaluation at the ACC level.
We guide you step-by-step through the entire process so you’re fully prepared and confident.
